Rainbow Qiangxin (Tianjin) Technologies Corp. founded in May 2006 at TEDA, focus on ADSL CPE chipset design and sales with USD 10 million registered capitals. Rainbow Qiangxin acquired ADSL technology from LSI Logic and Alcatel. He set up R&D center in Beijing and Nanjin with around 40 engineers.
