Innova Semiconductor Ltd is a Fabless semiconductor company located in Tianjin, China. We are design, testing and marketing analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, include power management ICs, high speed ADC, DAC, PLL and many other IPs.

Innova Semiconductor currently has eight engineers include system design, circuit design, analog layout, testing engineer and application engineer. The company responses for two state government projects: analog-to-digital interface for HDTV YUV input and 180W solar power MPT integrated circuit.

Our engineers have involved in designing some most popular ICs in the world, includes RFIC for GSM, CDMA and 802.11b/g, integrated digital TV MPU which integrates 10-bit ADC and 160MS/S 8-bit ADC for VISA standard. Our PFM/PWM LED driver and boost regulator which achieve below 1.0V input voltage start volume production.

Our current analog IPs cover from 0.6uM CMOS digital process to 0.13uM standard CMOS process. We also has capability to accomplish up to millions gates backend design and whole chip P&R, from RTL to GDSII design service.

Products and Services

We are focusing on portable device power supply IC and LED lighting total solution.
The portable device powers ICs include photovoltaic application and rechargeable battery application.
Our LED lighting total solution includes electronics, optical components and heat dissipation devices.
We also provide high performance analog/mixed-signal IC design services.
